If you are experiencing issues with your fuboTV app on your iPhone, iPad or iPod, first please perform a test of your internet speed connection. We recommend different minimum connection speeds based on how you're watching to ensure a clear and consistent stream from our video player.
How fast does my internet connection need to be?
If your connection is fast enough, here are some basic steps that can help resolve this issue:
- Force quit the app
- For models with a home button, double-click the home button to open the app switcher, then swipe up on the fuboTV app
- For models without a home button, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the app switcher, then swipe up on the fuboTV app
- Ensure location services are enabled when using fuboTV
- From the home screen, open Settings
- Scroll down to find fuboTV; tap to open the app settings
- Tap Location
- Make sure While using the app is checked
- Uninstall the fuboTV app
- From the home screen, tap and hold the app icon
- Select Remove App
- Once the app is removed, head to the App Store and install the fuboTV app
- Perform a hard reset (iPhone X or newer)
- Press and release the Volume Up button
- Press and release the Volume Down button
- Press and hold the Side Button
- Release when you see the Apple logo appear

- Reset your network settings
- From the home screen, open Settings
- Tap General
- Tap Reset
- Tap Reset Network Settings
