How do Profiles work on Fubo? – Help Center

Profiles allow you to personalize your Fubo experience. You can create up to six profiles on your Fubo account. Each profile can have its own favorite channels, followed series, and recordings.

Profiles are currently available for all users on all devices that support the latest version of the Fubo app. Every account has a default profile called “My Profile.” You can rename it however you like by editing the profile.

How many hours can each profile record?

Whether your account has 250 or 1000 hours of Cloud DVR capacity, those hours are for the whole account. The total hours recorded by all profiles must be under the limit for your account.

Is there a way to see recordings from all profiles at once?

Each user has access to the recordings scheduled using their profile. You can access any recording by switching to the profile that scheduled it.

Choose a device below for instructions on creating a new profile.

You can also choose Add Profile from the “Who’s watching?” screen when you open Fubo on any device.

Creating a profile in the FuboTV app on an Amazon Fire TV

Open the Fubo menu by pressing the back button on your remote.
Select ACCOUNT.
Select SWITCH PROFILE.
Select Add Profile.
To select your profile icon, select the current image then select from the choices.
Name your profile by pressing the center/select button on “My Profile” and typing a name using the on-screen keyboard.
Select CREATE PROFILE.

Creating a profile in the FuboTV app on an Android mobile device

From any menu screen on the Fubo app, tap the menu (three horizontal lines) button in the top left corner.
Tap the left/right arrows beside the current profile name.
Tap Add Profile
To select your profile icon, tap the image then select from the choices.
Name your profile by typing a name into the text field.
Tap CREATE PROFILE.

Open the Fubo menu by pressing the back button on your remote.
Select ACCOUNT.
Select SWITCH PROFILE.
Select Add Profile.
To select your profile icon, select the current image then select from the choices.
Name your profile by pressing the center/select button on “My Profile” and typing a name using the on-screen keyboard.
Select CREATE PROFILE.

Creating a profile in the FuboTV app on an Apple TV

Open the Fubo menu by pressing the back button on your remote.
Select ACCOUNT.
Select SWITCH PROFILE.
Select Add Profile.
To select your profile icon, select the current image then select from the choices.
Name your profile by pressing the touchpad on “My Profile” and typing a name using the on-screen keyboard.
Select CREATE PROFILE.

While signed in to fubo.tv, click on the current profile name next to the search bar
Click Manage Profiles
Click Add Profile
To select your profile image, click the profile image then select from the choices
Name your profile by typing a name into the text field
Click Create Profile

Select Continue
Finally, select CREATE PROFILE

Select Continue
Finally, select CREATE PROFILE

Open the Fubo menu by pressing the back button on your remote.
Select the current profile to open the Settings menu.
Select Add Profile.
Name your profile by using the on-screen keyboard, then select NEXT.
Select a profile icon from the choices.
Select Save Changes.

Select Continue
Finally, select CREATE PROFILE

Open the Fubo menu by pressing UP on your remote
Select the profile icon in the top corner of the screen
Under Your Info, select Switch Profile
Select Add Profile
Name your profile by typing a name using the on-screen keyboard. Then select CONTINUE

Select CREATE PROFILE

For steps to edit or delete a profile, choose your device below.

If you accidentally delete your profile, a member of our team can recover it within 7 days. Please use the options at the bottom of the page to contact us. If your profile was deleted more than 7 days ago, unfortunately, it cannot be recovered.

Open the Fubo menu by pressing the back button on your remote.
Select ACCOUNT.
Select SWITCH PROFILE.
Select MANAGE PROFILES.
Select the profile you want to edit.

To edit your profile icon, select the current icon then select from the choices.
To edit the profile name, press the center/select button on your profile name and type a new name using the on-screen keyboard.

Select SAVE CHANGES to finish editing, or choose DELETE PROFILE to delete the profile entirely.

Select DONE EDITING.
