Our system can spot potential problems while you are trying to sign up, causing an error. Below are the reasons and how to resolve them.
🤔 Possible Causes for Signup Errors
Your Email Address Requires Verification
If our systems detect a potential issue with your email address, we’ll send a verification code to the address you entered. You’ll need to enter this code to continue the signup process.

You’re Receiving a Message that You Already Have an Account
There are a couple possible reasons you may see this message.
You Have an Incomplete Account
- If you create an account by entering an email/password, but leave the flow for any reason, a Fubo account was created
- Keep in mind that no charges will occur if no plan or billing information was provided
You Have an Expired Account
- You may be trying to sign up with an email address that is linked to a canceled Fubo subscription
- You will need to reactivate that account
- New customer discounts are limited to one per account and cannot be combined with other offers
In both cases listed above, you can sign in at fubo.tv/signin to resolve signup errors:
For Incomplete Accounts:
- You will be directed to resume the signup process where you left off
For Expired Accounts:
- You will be directed to reactivate your subscription

I’m Receiving an Error When Entering My Payment Information
There are a number of possible reasons you may receive a payment error or message that your card has been declined.

None of the Above Reasons Apply, but I Still Can't Sign Up
Try using a different email or payment method to sign up for Fubo service.
