This could be as simple as a misspelled email address, that you need to correct the spelling for. If we’ve made a mistake, you can choose to continue using the email address you entered, but you will have to go through an additional verification step.
What issue are you experiencing with verifying your email address?
I didn’t get an email
If you don’t see the email:
- Check your spam folder.
- If you still don’t see an email with the verification code: click Resend code
- If you still can’t locate the email after resending, use another email address to sign up for fuboTV.
I accidentally closed the window where I need to enter the code
If you closed the window, you can continue your sign-up process by signing in with the email and password you initially chose. It will bring you to the next step to enter a new verification code.
If you closed the window though, you may have lost any discounts or offers. Please click on the sign-in or Start Free Trial option again from the link where the discount or offer was provided.
It won’t accept my code
If your code is not being accepted, it’s most likely because the code expired (verification codes expire after 60 minutes), or the wrong code was entered.
If you encounter this issue, click Resend code to get a new code.
Receiving a message: Please start over with a different email address
If you’re receiving this message, our system has detected that the email you are using to sign up for fuboTV is not a valid email address.
This could be because you have entered an unsupported character by accident. Please try re-entering your email address to correct any potential mistakes or use a different email address to sign up for fuboTV.
