If you're having trouble logging in to your Fubo account, use this guide to help you reset your password. If that doesn't work, we'll suggest some additional steps you can try.
How to Reset Your Password
Select Get Started below to walk through the steps to reset your password.
Start by visiting our Forgot Password page on the Fubo website here.

In the space provided, enter the email address you used to sign up for Fubo, then choose Reset Password.
You'll receive an email from a fubo.tv address with instructions to reset your password.
Once you've reset your password, log in to Fubo using your email address and new password.

I didn't get the reset email
- Wait a few minutes; sometimes the email can take a moment to arrive
- Check your spam, promotions, or junk folders
- If you're still not getting the email, you may have signed up with a different address; try another email address you own, or see I'm not sure which email I used below
I saw a "you have been blocked" message
- Make note of the exact message you received
- Find your public IP address here
- Contact us with this information so we can help
