If you are having trouble logging into your Fubo account, please make sure you are using the correct email address and password.
If you are still not able to log in, please follow these steps:
- Go here to visit our Forgot Password page.
If the above link takes you to your account page, click on your profile in the upper right, then select Sign Out from the drop-down, and then try the password reset link again.
- Enter the email address you used to sign up.
- If you receive a message that says "you have been blocked," go here to find out your public IP address and contact us using the link at the bottom of the page. Be sure to include the message you saw and your IP address.
- You should receive an email with a link to reset your password. When you receive the email click the link in the email to reset your password.
- If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, be sure to check your Spam folder. If the email is not found here either, you may want to try another email address you own.
If you are still unable to receive the password reset email, it's possible you used a different email address to sign up. Contact us so we can help you locate your account.
