Who is eligible?
- Eligible new customers selecting the Elite with Sports Plus plan at signup and presented with the offer
- Please note that not all new subscribers choosing the Elite with Sports Plus plan at signup will be eligible for the Apple TV 4K offer
- Offer not available to:
- Current or past Fubo customers (paid or free trial)
- Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico
- Offer available while supplies last
How do I claim the offer?
- Opt in when signing up for an eligible plan
- After your free trial, you’ll receive an email confirming your device order

Can I decline the offer?
- Yes, if presented with the Apple TV 4K offer, you can decline the offer and continue with a standard subscription
Managing Your Subscription
Can I cancel my subscription?
If you choose to cancel your subscription:
- During your trial: No cost, but you will not receive the Apple TV 4K
- After your trial, within 6-month period: You’ll be charged $129 (plus tax, if any) for the device
Can I change my subscription?
- During your trial: Downgrading your base plan cancels the Apple TV 4K offer
- After your first payment: Base plan changes are not allowed, but add-ons can be modified

Can I pause my subscription?
- Not allowed during the free trial or the 6-month commitment
Shipping Information
When will my device be shipped?
- Shipment processing begins 7 days after your first payment
- You’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details
When will I receive my device?
- Up to 7-10 business days once shipped (holidays and other delays may affect shipment timing)
What if I didn’t get my tracking details?
- Check your spam/junk folders

What if my device is lost or damaged?
