Overview
Several factors can cause missing Cloud DVR recordings. Review the scenarios below to see if any apply to you.
Has the show or event expired?
- All US Fubo plans include unlimited Cloud DVR storage, however, recordings will expire automatically after 9 months
- Once a program expires, it is removed from your recorded programming
Did someone delete the recording?
- Check with anyone who uses your Fubo account to see if they may have accidentally deleted the recording
Was the event recorded on a different profile?
- If you have multiple profiles set up on your Fubo account, check to see if the program was recorded on another profile
For help with switching profiles, see: How do profiles work on Fubo?
What else can I do?
If the programming you’ve recorded has not expired and wasn’t recorded on another profile, here are a couple of things you can do:
Check Lookback
Most programming on Fubo, including sporting events, movies, and series, is available on-demand with Lookback for 72 hours after the original broadcast.
Use the Shows or Movies screens or search to find previously aired programming.
For sporting events, use the Sports screen to find previously aired events.
For additional help, see: What is Lookback?
