In order to sign in, your device must meet our minimum requirements and have the most recent version of the app installed. Check current device versions here.
If your app is up to date, you may need to reset your password.
Choose your device:
- Go to Settings
- Choose Applications
- Choose Manage Installed Applications
- Highlight the Fubo app
- The version will display on the side of the screen
- Go to Settings
- Choose Apps & Notifications
- Select the Fubo app - you may need to choose see all
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen to find the version
- Go to Settings
- Choose Apps
- Select the Fubo
- Find the version at the top
If you’re unable to sign in to the Fubo app, you cannot check the app version installed on your device.

- From the Roku Home screen, highlight the Fubo app
- Press the Star(*) button
- The version will display on the popup
Choose your device:

- Choose My Fire TV
- Choose About
- Choose Fire TV
- Look at the Software Version.
- If your device doesn’t have at least Fire OS 5, you’ll need to update your device’s operating system. If the device cannot be updated to at least version 5, you will not be able to use Fubo on this device any longer.

- Scroll to find Android Version
- If your device doesn’t have at least version 5, you’ll need to update your device’s operating system. If the device cannot be updated to at least version 5, you will not be able to use Fubo on this device any longer.
- Go to Settings

- Find tvOS
- If your device doesn’t have at least version 12, you’ll need to update your device’s operating system. If the device cannot be updated to at least version 12, you will not be able to use Fubo on this device any longer.

- Find Software Version
- If your device doesn’t have at least version 10, you’ll need to update your device’s operating system. If the device cannot be updated to at least version 10, you will not be able to use Fubo on this device any longer.
- From the Roku Home screen, go to Settings

- Choose About
- Find Software Version
- If your device doesn’t have at least version 9.2.0, you’ll need to update your device’s operating system. If the device cannot be updated to at least version 9.2.0, you will not be able to use Fubo on this device any longer.
