Your home network is the internet connection that you designate as the “Home” for your fuboTV subscription. Your home network can only be set on a network connected to a residential internet service provider.
Why do I need to set a Home Network?
Setting your home network, designates the network as "home" for our Unlimited Streams add-on. Unlimited Streams allows you to stream on up to 10 supported devices, connected to your home network.
Why can’t I set my network as the Home Network?
If you’re using a mobile hotspot, satellite internet, or shared/public Wi-Fi network, it cannot be set as your home network.
I travel a lot. Can I watch fuboTV outside of my home network?
You can watch fuboTV anywhere in the U.S. If you’re watching somewhere other than your home Wi-Fi, the channels and content you can stream may vary depending on your physical location.
While traveling, you can watch the same national channels and regional sports networks* as usual, but your local channels will vary based on your physical location.
*Regional sports networks will travel with you, however, any device you use while traveling to watch your regional sports network will need to be periodically logged in from your home area in order to continue receiving access when away from home. See this article for more information.
I have two houses. Can I use fuboTV in both?
Only one network can be designated as your “home” network.
You can stream on supported mobile devices and web browsers from different locations simultaneously. fuboTV also allows you to stream using a TV device (Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Roku, Samsung Smart TV, and Xbox One) from any location, however you can only stream on TV devices from one location at a time.
If you attempt to use fuboTV from two locations using a TV device, you’ll receive a message that you have too many devices in use. You will have to stop streaming on TV devices in other locations in order to continue watching your stream.
The first time you sign in to fuboTV using a TV device (Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung Smart TV, etc). If the network the device is connected to is eligible as a Home Network, the device will automatically assign that network as the Home Network.
If you don’t have any connected devices you can visit the My Account section of fubo.tv while connected to your home Wi-Fi to set it as your Home Network.
