Overview
If your subscription includes regional sports programming and you cannot find that programming on your available channels, there are a few possibilities for why that is happening.
Confirm Your Home ZIP Code
Log in to your account at fubo.tv/account
- On your My Account page, go to Account Information
- Check the Home ZIP code field
The ZIP code listed is incorrect
To update your Home ZIP Code:
- Next to the ZIP code listed, select Update
- Enter your new home ZIP code
- Select Save
The ZIP code listed is correct

Your Device Needs to Log In from Your Home Area
While regional sports programming will travel with you, any devices you have used outside of your home area must have been logged into the Fubo app from your home area at least once in the past month to keep watching while away from home.
You are Being Located Incorrectly
If you’ve confirmed the home ZIP code listed is correct and your device is logged in from your home area, yet you’re still not seeing your regional sports programming, our systems may have pinpointed your location incorrectly.
