If the sound and video of the program you’re watching don’t match up, most of the time, this issue can be resolved using the troubleshooting steps below:
If you’re experiencing this issue while watching a live program, try changing the channel and returning to the original channel.
Fully close the fuboTV app and relaunch it on your device.
Restart your streaming device and/or computer:
- Follow the device manufacturer’s instructions to do this, or perform a hard reset by unplugging the device from its’ power source for one minute, then rebooting
Try streaming the same program in the fuboTV app on a different device.
The steps provided did not fix the issue. What else can I do?

- If the program was live, on-demand, or a Cloud DVR recording
- Name of the program and episode information (if applicable - season and episode number or episode name)
- The channel the issue occurred on (if applicable)
