Overview
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an extra layer of security for your Fubo account. After entering your email and password, we may ask you to enter a unique code sent to your email address to verify that it’s really you signing in to your account.
Please note that the images in this article are for illustrative purposes only, and your experience may vary slightly.

🤔 Troubleshooting Issues with 2FA
I Didn’t Receive an Email
If you didn’t receive a verification email, select Resend Code from the verification screen on your device.
If you’re still not receiving a verification email:
- Check your spam, promo, or junk mail folders for the message
- Wait a moment, as emails can sometimes take a minute to arrive
- Make sure your email provider is set to “whitelist” or allow emails from fubo.tv addresses
The Code I Entered Didn’t Work
There are two possible reasons a verification code will not work:
- The code was entered incorrectly
- The code has expired
If the code you received was entered incorrectly, you’ll see the following error:
Double-check the email you received, and try re-entering the code.
If the code you received has expired, you’ll see the following error:
Verification codes expire after 60 minutes. Select Resend code to receive a new verification code.
I See a “Token Expired” Message
If you take too long to complete the verification process, the security token may expire.
When this happens, you’ll see a “token expired” message. You’ll need to start the sign-in process over from the beginning.
