Overview
The Device Manager lets you view and manage any devices that are currently signed into your Fubo account. You can see which devices are on your Home Network and which are accessing your account from outside your Home Network. You can also remove devices you no longer want accessing your account, such as devices you’re no longer using or any public or shared devices.
Accessing the Device Manager
To access the Device Manager:
- Log in to your Fubo account at fubo.tv
- Select “Device Manager” from the available options
Understanding Device Categories
- Devices on your Home Network: These are devices currently connected to the network you have designated as "home"
- Devices outside your Home Network: These are devices logged into your Fubo account that are not on your designated home network
How to Remove a Device
- Find the device you wish to remove in the Device Manager list
- Select "Remove Device" next to the device name
- Confirm by selecting "Remove"; select “Cancel” to allow the device to remain on your account.
Once removed, the device will be logged out of your Fubo account and will no longer have access.
FAQs
1. What happens if I remove a device?
When you remove a device, it is logged out of your Fubo account. The device must log in again to regain access.
2. How can I set my Home Network?
You can set your Home Network from your Account Information page. Connect a computer or mobile device to the network you want to designate as home, sign in to your Fubo account, and select Set current network to home. For additional help, see this article.
3. Why do I see devices outside my Home Network?
Devices listed as "outside your Home Network" have accessed your Fubo account from different networks (for example, a mobile network or a network at a friend's house). To secure your account, you can remove any device you do not recognize.
4. Can I remove all devices at once?
The Device Manager does not support bulk device removal. Each device must be removed individually.
