Overview
If your recent Fubo payment didn’t go through, don’t worry. Here’s what you can do:
🔁 Using the same card?
No action needed.
We’ll automatically try your payment again within a few days. If your card is now ready (for example, you added funds or fixed an issue with your bank), it should go through on the next attempt.
⚡ Don’t want to wait?
You can try re-entering the same card.
- Go to My Account.
- Select Billing.
- Choose Edit Payment Method and re-enter your card details.
- Save your changes and we’ll retry your payment soon after.
💳 Got a new card?
You’ll need to update your payment method before we can process your payment.
- Go to Update Credit/Debit Card.
- Enter your new card info and save.
We’ll automatically retry your payment once the new card is added.
🚩 Why is my card declining?

📱 Pro Tip: Add a backup payment option
For extra peace of mind, add a digital wallet (like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal) or a backup card. That way, if one method fails, your subscription stays active without interruption.
