The error message "Your current video setup is not permitted" is displayed when our systems detect an incompatible video setup that does not support the digital rights management requirements of the content owner (channel). These errors can occur when:
- You are using an external monitor connected to your computer
- Your HDMI cable or monitor is not compatible with the HDCP 2.2 standard
- You are watching select programming on a first-generation Amazon Fire TV or various Android Mobile/TV devices

[23-Mar, 2023, 4:00 PM ET] We are investigating an issue currently impacting the FuboTV app on Vizio devices. The app will not load. We are currently engaged with our partners and working on a fix. We will update this page when we have more information. [Update - 6:00 PM ET} The above issue is still occurring, however, we are seeing some recovery. If you are still experiencing this issue, please try unplugging your Vizio TV from the power cord, waiting ten seconds, then plugging it back in and rebooting. |
